COREA core is a used, old, or non-functioning part that has value for remanufacturing or recycling. When you purchase a new or remanufactured part, you'll often pay a core charge, which is a deposit that is refunded to you when you return the old, equivalent part. The core charge encourages customers to return these used parts to the supplier, ensuring a steady supply of materials for remanufacturing, which is a key process for cost-effective parts and sustainability.
