1. Introduction
This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) outlines the process for producing customer QBR data and scorecards for NAM’s and RAM’s. QBR (Quarterly Business Reviews) are used to communicate how Fleetpride and a customer are performing.
2. Purpose
QBR are used to communicate with the customer how each are performing and discuss ways to grow, or how to overcome challenges that may present themselves.
3. Scope
SSM (Sales Support Managers) to provide customer scorecards, located in Power BI) in preparation for these meetings, occasionally other reports and asks will be needed.
4. Schedule
QBR’s will be conducted quarterly.
5. Delivery Mode
Once Scorecards and reports are ran they are usually delivered via email
6. Roles and Responsibilities
SSM
Will run customer scorecard and any other information needed for the NA/RA to conduct their QBR
SSM’s are usually not in these meetings unless they have been asked by the NAM or RAM
9. Training
Training on how to pull the scorecard out of Power BI and export it into a Powerpoint format.
