1. Introduction
This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) outlines the process for communicating between the IM (Implementation Manager) and the SSM(Sales Support Manager) to handle customer related needs.
2. Purpose
Cross communication to keep both parties informed of customer needs, to provide the most comprehensive customer support experience.
3. Scope
Work closely with the IM to ensure that accounts have correct billing and shipping and to inform them of any changes that you have become aware of. To also notify them if any issue in inventory have arose that need to be addressed.

Communication is provided in email, teams, as well as meetings
6. Roles and Responsibilities
SSM
To relay any information that the IM needs in order to keep the accounts information current and correct as well as inventory issues that may need their attention (as in adding demand to the bid tool, usage updates and new bids that may be coming down the pipeline)
