Think of 8x8 as your command center for all customer communications. It's the primary tool you'll use every day to connect with our customers and manage your workflow.
What You'll Do in 8x8:
Take Calls: This is where you will receive all incoming calls from our customers. When a call comes in, you'll answer it directly within the 8x8 application.
Manage Your Status: You need to tell the system when you are ready to work. You'll set your status to "Available" to start receiving calls, and change it to "Offline" for breaks, lunch, or at the end of your shift.
Access Information: We use 8x8 as our central hub. From here, you'll also access our other tools, like the knowledge base, to find answers while you're helping a customer.
