Create your bid and select the correct Bid Type workflow (demand or pricing only)

To validate that the bid you created is in the correct bid type workflow, scroll over to the far right at the home page to see the above. 

NOTE: no need to utilize workflow editor or create a new workflow because the developers have already created the workflows – Demand and Pricing. 

If a new workflow is requiredmust place a helpdesk ticket with IT to discuss as there will be development and coding requirements.

1 = IM input 

Cross Finalization = CRS will work 

After Cross Finalization , CRS will need to click the Cross Review by CM button to kick start the background processes for 3, 4, 5 

This puts the stage gate at Completed where the IM will pick up and mark as Won or Lost 

All steps after this stage gate proceeds as normal process

 Approves the Primary Parts and start the generate the pricing model and approve the model and then should be in the “Completed” stage

Follow the normal process to complete the bid 

 

 

 

Pricing Only 

Enter your bid like normal, select the correct Bid Type – Pricing Only 

Background processes 1 – 3 will be processing.  When completed, the bid stage should reflect
